Parks
FoxCreek offers two recreational park areas for family and neighborhood interaction. Chase Park features a gazebo with bench seating, classic park benches, and grassy areas bordered by lush natural woods.

Hunter Park offers colorful, quality playground equipment flanked by bench seating and an open grassy area. The two parks will be connected by wooded paths and accessible via sidewalks that line streets throughout the neighborhood, providing a safe environment for children, walkers, and cyclers.

Natural Landscape
The natural terrain is a significant aspect of the design of FoxCreek. New trees and plants were hand-picked to complement the native fauna. The results unify each FoxCreek neighborhood and the custom-built homes within into a harmonious relationship with the natural surroundings.

FoxCreek also employs strict best-managed practices with regard to preserving adjacent wetlands for the protection of the local environment. Only minimal alterations were made to the banks of FoxCreek, which winds through FoxCreek’s neighborhoods.
